Terms and Conditions of Membership

Welcome to JustMarriage.in In order to use the JustMarriage.in site ("Site"), you must register as a member of the site ("Member") and agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a members and communicate with other members and make use of the service ("Service"), read these terms of use and follow the instructions in the registration process. This agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership. This agreement may be modified by JustMarriage.in from time to time effective upon notice to you as a members. Whenever there is a change in the Terms of Use, JustMarriage.in will intimate you of such change. Your continued use of the site pursuant to such change will constitute deemed acceptance of such changes.

1. Eligibility.

To register as a member of JustMarriage.in or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years for women and 21 years for men and the maximum age limit is 40 years.)

2. Criteria.

JustMarriage.in marriage consultant shall act on the basis of the information that may be submitted by you, we believe that the information submitted by you is true and accurate even if the information is provided during the registration by your family, friends, relatives on your behalf under your express consent. Membership subscription fees will not be refundable.

No assurance of guarantee that as an applicant you will receive responses from the other side. In this case we cannot give any refunds or credits. JustMarriage.in is not legally responsible for any delay in process due to technical or other reasons.

JustMarriage.in observed that any member is using this site to promote or engage or in illegal sexual relations or extra marital affairs his/her membership will be terminated immediately without any refund and without any liability to JustMarriage.in

You are not allowed to create multiple profiles. If we found that you have created multiple profiles, your membership will be terminated immediately without any refund of subscription fees.

Once you are a Member of the JustMarriage.in service, you agree to receive email from JustMarriage.in.and/or its group sites. You can unsubscribe all these email at any time for any reason.

3. Member Disputes.

You are only responsible for your advertisement/communications with other JustMarriage.in members. We do not monitor your text, calls, or any disputes between you and other members. We reserve the right to take suitable action against misbehaving members. We will not oblige to share such action with other members, including complainants.

4. Non-Commercial Use by Members.

The JustMarriage.in Site is for individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of generating Accepts from relevant matches. This includes providing links to other websites and media.

5. Copyright.

All contents included on this site, such as audio clips, digital downloads, text, logos, graphics, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the assets of JustMarriage.in or it's content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The collection of all contents on this site is the private property of JustMarriage.in and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You cannot post, distribute, or copy in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

6. Collection and Use of Personal Information.

To register on the Website you will be required to provide certain personal information. This information includes (but is not limited to) data that specifically identifies an individual, such as a user name, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, religion, caste, sex, astrological information, photos, employment details, income details, family background, physical and health data etc. Please refer to FAQ section to identify the information that will be available to all Users of the Website and that which will be available only to those registered with our Website. We offer you choices when we ask for personal information, whenever reasonably possible. You may decline to provide personal information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, although please be aware that some of our features or services may not function properly as a result. You will have access to your personal information posted on our Website and you may edit, delete or modify the same from time to time. User understand that the Company does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to your Content (including any personal information) other than as specified in the Privacy and Security Policy.

7. Subscription Fees.

Any subscription fee paid for registration with the Website or for availing any services therefrom shall NOT be reimbursed under any circumstances whatsoever.
